Make your fasting healthier by following these easy tips:

1) The morning meal (sargi) should be a combination of:
-Healthy cereals like wheat/brown rice/oats
-Protein rich paneer/soya/curd/pulses
And
-Essential Fatty acid- nuts and seeds

2)DO NOT break the fast with coffee or tea right after your water.

3)Avoid spicy or oily food for dinner after day long fast.
