Typically, 7 chakras meditation techniques focus on making the chakras open and keeping them in alignment. if they become blocked or out of sync, this can negatively impact your physical and psychological health.

Q- What is Reiki?
A - 'Reiki' is a Japanese word. it means 'Universal Life Force Energy' or 'Cosmic Energy'. If we try to understand it as per the scriptures it means 'Consciousness' ( Chetnashakti or Pranshakti or Divyashakti )
Human body is made up of five elements and these five elements are nourished and governed by 'Chetnashakti'.This Reiki i.e. 'Chetnashakti' is in abundance in the world. Every person utilizes it but only while breathing.
