👉 Isliye agar aapka Thalassemia Minor test (Hb Electrophoresis / HPLC) ek baar confirm ho chuka hai — usse dobara repeat karne ki zaroorat nahi hoti.

🔴 Important kya hai?
Agar ladki Thalassemia Minor hai — toh shaadi se pehle ya pregnancy planning ke time partner ka test zaroor karwana chahiye.

Agar dono carrier hain — toh baby ko Thalassemia Major ka 25% risk hota hai har pregnancy mein.

Selfcare is very Important.

After taking MTP kit, you must visit your Gynec after 10 days to check whether there is any retained products or not.

5-10% cases me kachara reh jata he, jise kahi baar Safai means(D&E) karke nikalna padta he nahi to wo infection kar sakta he, heavy bleeding kar sakta he.

Pregnancy rakhne ka best time??
How to increase chances of Pregnancy, when you are already taking treatment??

OVULATION - 3-4 days before and 2-3 after Ovulation, are the best day for Pregnancy, try alternate day in*******se, avoid using any gel or oil.

Also Stress management is very important. Think good, do daily walk 🚶‍♀️, pray 🙏, yog 🧘‍♀️.

Anyone going through Infertility treatment is already very stressful period, some time it also takes 5-6 months to see property results.

Patient ne aate hi complain kiya, "dawai to leke Gaye sir but thoda farak pada aur fir jaise the waise"

Doctor ne dawai ginte hi bataya, itsme to abhi bhi 10 din ka medicine baki he.

TO all Patients aap sirf doctor se milke aapki problem ka solution nahi milega, medicine ka course bhi complete karna padta he.

She removed COOPER-T for NO reason and now has unwanted Pregnancy.

We always always advise patient that if you are removing Copper-T, than use other method of Contraception (tablets, injection, tubal ligation for husband or wife)

If you become careless than this happens. Unwanted Pregnancy.

Be careful.

Today I came across Patient and her Sister, both were not much educated but they know that health is very important.

She had an unwanted pregnancy but she did not go to medical shop or to some quacks to get MTP KIT and risk her life.

She came to GYNAEC and I did her sonography and counsel her in details.
