The very hands that once guided me to read and write, now trusted me with their vision.

On this world diabetes week we are happy to share our success story at Divyam eye hospital!!
We came across Mr. Ranjeetbhai , a young uncontrolled diabetic patient with complaints of blurring of vision for 2-3 months.
On examination we found both eye hypermature morgagnian cataract
With HM+ PL+ PR4+ vision.
(Blind with both the eyes)

Immediately diabetic work up done.
Uncontrolled diabetes was controlled by Dr Aakash Shah sir ( D.M. Endocrinologist).

After controlling diabetes we performed cataract surgery one by one in both the eyes with Topical phacoemulsification MICS technology with intraocular foldable lens implantation.
(Without injection, without pad/patch )
Due to Micro monovision patient can read the last line of snellen chart in distance as well as near.

Keep your eyes checked by your eye surgeon Regularly especially retina examination!!
