A 34-year-old woman with morbid obesity (141 kg) underwent a successful Laparoscopic Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass and recovered exceptionally well — walking on Day 1 and discharged with complete satisfaction.

We recently managed a patient who was admitted with severe jaundice, hepatic encephalopathy, and severe hypokalemia.

Thanks to timely diagnosis, continuous monitoring, and evidence-based treatment, the patient showed steady improvement in liver function and neurological status. Electrolyte levels gradually normalized, and overall recovery has been encouraging.

Don't ignore symptoms, seek care in time for good outcomes

A 73-year-old female presented with pelvic pain and tenderness.
USG S/O: Large solid lesion in lower abdomen superior to urinary bladder, cystic/loculated fluid in right adnexa, minimal ascites – ? ovarian pathology.

She underwent staging laparotomy, radical hysterectomy, oophorectomy, omentectomy, and resection of uterus. A 0.655 kg ovarian mass was successfully removed.

Post-op ICU observation was uneventful, and the patient has recovered well and is discharged today

A 21-year-old female patient, known case of Down Syndrome, was admitted to our hospital for medical management of Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) with severe metabolic acidosis.

We’re happy to share that she is recovering well and is spending her hospital stay joyfully in a caring and homely atmosphere.

Young male patient was brought to Silvertouch Hospital following a severe road traffic accident. He suffered polytrauma, including:
• Contusion injury to the brain
• Displaced sternal fracture and multiple rib fractures
• Extensive facial bone fractures

On arrival, he was in a critical condition, requiring:
• High mechanical ventilator support
• Maximum inotropic support
• Intensive monitoring and multidisciplinary intervention

➡ His prognosis was extremely poor and survival chances were minimal.
