Make Amendment in D and C and Cancel all Licences of Non Pharmacists In India - Green Cross

New Delhi: Green Cross Foundation for Pharmacists has demanded for amendment in Drug and Cosmetics Act,Pharmacists shall be only owner of the Medical Shop and Goverment shall cancel all Licences of Non Pharma Owners

Considering increasing number of Pharmacists in India Green Cross Foundation for Pharmacists had demanded to Central Goverment that current provision of "Under the supervision of Registered Pharmacists shall be emitted from Drug and Cosmetics act and it shall " Owner of a Medical Shop must be Pharmacists and no other person is allowed to open medical shop"

According to Kanchan Rajput ,National Secretory Green Cross ,if this changes are being made automatically Pharmacists will get their right and many pharmacists can open their medical stores ,she explained further that No one had invited these non Pharma Graduates to our filed so they must be out of this now ,this ia bread of Pharmacists and of no other person.

Green Cross announced Nationals Agitation on Pharmacists issues In India on the Occasion of Pharmacists Day and Memorandum has been given to Drug Controller General of India as well as Central Ministory Today by Green Cross
