Years of waiting. Countless questions. Silent tears.
And… two tiny heartbeats on the screen. 🤍🤍

Severe male factor infertility is not the end of the story.
With the right diagnosis, timely treatment, and advanced fertility care, hope can become reality.

Infertility is a medical condition — not a blame game.
Sometimes the strongest journeys begin when couples choose science over stigma.

Watching these IVF twins heartbeat was a reminder: miracles often look like persistence.

Hi, I am Dr Azadeh Patel. Helping couples turn hope into heartbeats. ✨

Endometrial thickness is one of the most discussed reports in IVF—but often misunderstood.

Yes, the uterine lining matters because implantation happens there. But success depends on multiple factors: embryo quality, timing, hormone balance, uterine health, and personalized planning.

Please don’t judge your chances from one number alone. IVF is more nuanced than that.

Hi, I am Dr Azadeh Patel, exclusively practicing infertility care, helping couples navigate evidence-based fertility treatment with clarity and honesty.

Three years of dialysis… but truly, eleven years of a battle that most people will never fully understand.

I have seen this journey up close - not just as your sister, but as someone who has felt every silent fear, every anxious night, every tear you tried to hide. There were days when I felt helpless as a sister and a doctor, watching you fight battles that words can’t describe… days when your strength carried both of us.

Chronic illness doesn’t just test the body - it tests the mind, the spirit, the will to keep going. And I have watched you go through it all… from moments of deep darkness to slowly, courageously learning how to breathe again, how to live again.

And somewhere along your journey of finding life again… you gave life back to me too.

I am in awe of you. Truly. The strength you carry is rare, raw, and incredibly powerful. This kind of resilience is not for the faint-hearted - and you have lived it every single day.

Today, I don’t just acknowledge these three years… I honor the warrior you have become.

I am endlessly proud of you.And I will always stand beside you - in every breath, every fight, every victory.

You are not just surviving… you are redefining strength for me and many of us. ❤️🧿

❤️ ❤️

Hi, I am Dr Azadeh Patel, IVF specialist.

There are moments in this journey that go beyond medicine.
In the stillness of the lab, while handling something so delicate, so full of possibility… it feels less like a procedure and more like a form of prayer.

This work grounds me.
It humbles me.
And reminds me that I am only a medium in something far greater.

Helping create life isn’t just my profession, it is where I feel closet to my purpose.✨🧿

Low AMH is one of the most misunderstood reports I see in OPD.
It creates fear — often unnecessarily.

Hi, I am Dr Azadeh Patel, an infertility specialist practicing exclusively in this field for over 14 years, helping couples conceive through various treatments.

Let me say this clearly:
AMH does NOT decide your ability to conceive.

What it does tell us is this:
👉 Your ovarian reserve
👉 That time matters
👉 And helps us plan the right course of action based on your history and clinical findings

The mistake is not low AMH.
The mistake is ignoring it… or panicking because of it.

The right approach is not panic —
it’s a reality check, an open mind, and understanding your true, individualized chances.

Because fertility care is never one-size-fits-all.

Hi, I’m Dr Azadeh Patel, a fertility and IVF specialist with over 14 years of experience.

Every day in my OPD, I meet women who don’t fit into “simple categories.”

A young woman with low AMH and low AFC.
Another with low AMH… but a reassuring AFC.
Someone with a good AMH, but unexpectedly low follicle count.

And then women in their late 30s or 40s—
with “good reports” on paper, yet struggling…
or “not-so-good numbers,” but still holding real potential.

The truth is — fertility is rarely black and white.

No single number can define your chances.
Not AMH alone. Not AFC alone. Not even age alone.

Because behind every report, there is a complete story—
your biology, your timeline, your response, your goals.

And that’s exactly why fertility care should never feel rushed or oversimplified.

In my practice, I focus on taking the time to explain,
to connect the dots, and to help you truly understand your situation—
not just your reports.

Because the right decisions come from clarity, not confusion.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by conflicting results or opinions,
you’re not alone.

Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments or reach out via DM—
I’m always here to help you make sense of it all 🤍

Your age is not just a number when it comes to fertility… it’s biology.

A woman is born with all the eggs she will ever have — and with time, both the quantity and quality decline, even when everything feels completely normal.

Regular periods ≠ optimal fertility.
No symptoms ≠ no decline.

The hardest part?
Fertility starts changing silently, much before you expect it.

The power lies in knowing early, planning wisely, and choosing consciously.

Whether it’s trying naturally, considering fertility preservation, or simply understanding your body better —
awareness today can change your tomorrow.

Some days I carry everything the way you taught me… in my own way.
And some days, I’m still that little girl—
quietly wishing you were here to tell me it will all be okay.

Life moves on, people move on… truths get accepted.
But some silences stay heavy,
some grief never really leaves.

There are moments when the air feels heavier,
when even breathing needs a little courage—
and that’s when I realise…
how much of my strength was always just you.

Today again, I closed my eyes and prayed for you—
for your peace, your well-being wherever you are…
and to somehow tell you that we are okay,
we are managing.

Because no matter how much I grow,
a part of me will always search for you
in the spaces where I feel the weakest.

And maybe… no one will ever see it—
the quiet tear, the pause in my breath.
I’ll smile like I always do…
but some emotions are meant to be felt only in silence and solace.🤍

Forever in my heart.
