If you can’t imagine it, how are you ever going to actually do it? Imagination is all about seeing the possibilities when all the others can see is are problems. Imagination is needed before you can do great things.

The wings in the quote are all about the action one takes on what they see in their imagination. (Remember the write bothers?)
Once you have imagined something you can get started on making it happen. However, if you can’t imagine something, you’re not going to fly off and start doing it.

You need love from yourself as much as from others.

When you have low self-esteem, low confidence, or even self-hatred, it’s impossible to live life to the fullest.

When you pass through difficulties/stress in your life you forget that you have already passed through even more difficulties in your life, but that is the time you forget to take care of your own self. Infact, you forget your own self.
For the time being forget everything and concentrate on your healing, wellbeing and take some time to reflect.

The moment you start your self-love, you transform your attitude, emotions, and overall outlook on life.

Fear is a funny thing, it never sets us completely free and left to itself, it can find various ways to keep haunting us and questioning our abilities & confidence.
It becomes imperative sometimes to find a way to get past it or else it can take over us completely and make us live a life that we don’t want.
Action is the opposite of fear, once you develop that courage to act, move on & free yourself.

You can strive to live with integrity, transparency and honesty and you may still be called a fraud and a liar.
So, you must realize that you can't control over what others think about you.
Set yourself free, don't bother what others have to say. Indulge yourself in the process of what you want to become.

The definition of embracing a challenge is ‘to accept (an opportunity or challenge) willingly or eagerly and to take up (a new idea)’. Embracing challenges are times where you say yes to hardship and opportunities, welcoming them into your life.

Embracing challenges is also about being prepared for failures. Unfortunately, you might not succeed on your first try every time and there is the potential for disappointment.
However, failure is not final and instead, presents us with the opportunity to grow, learn and try again.

Fear of failure can stop you from accepting challenges and keep you from achieving your goals. This is a common limiting belief that many people hold on to and let rule their life.

Challenges themselves push you in many ways. Demanding that you come up with new ways of working, forcing you out of your comfort zone, and creating unique experiences for you.
All of this helps to transform your mindset for growth, resilience and strength.

Uncommon Tricks to stay Motivated.
Staying focused is harder than ever today with all of the distractions we constantly face.
It seems like every time you sit down to work toward a goal, there's a ding or buzz. or accidental Netflix binge.

Your Wallpaper-
Find an image that gives you goosebumps. Whatever your goal, your dream in life, find an image that embodies the very essence of it. If you want to be a pilot, find a stunning image of the cockpit of an airplane.

Envision It
Spend time thinking about what success will look and feel like. Picture yourself flying a commercial airliner. Or performing surgery. Envision your goal being accomplished so frequently that Hack #3 comes naturally.

Believe In It
With all of your energy, believe that you will achieve your goal. See yourself doing it and convince yourself that it is only a matter of time. Self-belief is one of the most powerful motivators in life. It defends you from negativity, and also happens to attract positive people.

Talk About It
Talking publicly and with friends about your goals helps reinforce your self-belief. It also keeps you accountable because people will ask, "Hey, how is studying for the MCAT going?"

These hacks will help keep you on track but of course it is ultimately up to you and your actions to make it happen. Believe it will happen, work hard, and don't stop until you end up where you set out to go.
