Term Fitness Coach is has vast implications in various fields but when we differentiate between a Personal Trainer vs S&C; Personal trainers can work one-on-one with clients or with small groups. While S&C coaches can work with members of the public, they typically focus on athletes. For example, they may develop training programs for sports team members or help rehabilitate injured athletes.

The main objectives of S&C coaches are to enhance the physical and sports performance of athletes while reducing the likelihood of injury.

The Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for establishing and maintaining a strength and conditioning program for all sports, with the three major goals of improving athletic performance, reducing athletic injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness and movement skills.

Strength and Conditioning training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.

Take away message to all reading my post “Dont ever give up on your Dreams, Dreams makes your life worth living”
Mumbai Marathon is one such marathon which is challenging due to its course & weather. It tries & test will power & training of every individual. I started to struggle from 24th Km when I felt severe stomach cramps in my 24th Km & had a black-out with my body not supporting me to move further😢. My mind as always played devil 👿 & told me that i have to crawl to reach that finish line to claim this Dream Medal
Journey of TMM began with a thought on 14th July.
✅ Diagnosed with Chondromalacia Patella aka Runner’s Knee in February when I had to stop my runs & focus more towards strengthening of my knees.
✅ Post 5 month of Prehab & reconditioning, I took a call to re-start my running journey & approached aka Dada for Running plan to enable me to start from scratch.
✅ Ran Ladakh Marathon on 11th September, which was steepest run above 3500 mtr sea level with the patellar pain re-surfacing & making things worst.
✅ With my on going Strength & Conditioning course with hetic travel schedules I had to shuffle between 4-5 days of run & head Mumbai from Friday-Sunday for my S&C Practicals.
✅ With the final countdown of last 2 weeks & i was down with Viral fever and on heavy medication which de-graded my system more.
✅ It was the week of Marathon when this Patellar Pain made its come back & I still decided to continue with the race.
Biggest gratitude to aka Dada, you bought me back stronger💪🏻, wiser 👧& better 🤰my inspiration who had been my support through out my strenuous journey

▪️Strength Training - 5 days a week
▪️Runs - 4 days a week with more focus on Aerobic Runs, VO2 Max, Negative Splits & Long Runs.
▪️Post Runs - 30min core Workout
▪️Mobility - 3 days a week

▶️ Nutrition Plans
▪️Carbs:Protein:Fat = 120gm:90gm:40gm
▪️Hydration includes Black coffee, Electrolytes, Lemon water
▪️Supplements - Whey protein Iso, Iron, B-Complex, Calcium, Vit-D

All set for a Cheat Meal this Weekend 💃🏻💃🏻

From fear of being on road of being for more then 3hrs to breaking that Barrier of attempting ‘6hr Solo Run’.
My legs gave up post 23km, my mind started to play Devil of leaving the track but my body pushed me to cover up those 13km walking, most of all the promise I had made myself to Stay Strong, Run Long for few upcoming events I want to participate!!!! Heartfelt thanks to everyone on the track supporting each other thru out, pushing each of us & most of all the best wishes from everyone
Uttermost thanks to who was the sole victim of my mood swings, nervousness, fear & instill that faith in me that i can do it

“Breaking your Mental Barrier Run”
Is what i’ll call for the kms i ran today but most of all being on road for more then 3hrs. Lately have been off running due to my injury & also my work schedules, but thnx to who happened to discuss his run plans & immediately I grabbed this opportunity of a running bud to push me out of my comfort zone.
Also will never miss an opportunity to thank who motivates me to do crazy runs n pushed me into registering for ‘Stadium 6hrs Solo Run’; ‘Adani Marathon’; ‘Saputara Marathon’ etc etc.
Last but not the least my PARTNER IN CRIME who is always behind me supporting me, motivating me n pushing me to edges & makes me see that nothing is impossible. Always there for me be it 4am in morning or 9pm in night. She is my pillar of strength & my inspiration.

There’s no excuse for failure, but there are great praises for success. I’ll keep aiming for the best. It feels great to hit your target. My exam result is the best thing that ever happened to me.

DEADLIFTS - Most popular Structural Lift, Multi-joint movement, you should definitely feel it more on your backside, or more specifically, the posterior chain—like hamstrings, glutes, the erector muscles along your spine, and your back muscles.

For strength, focus on 3 to 5 sets of deadlifts per workout with 1 to 8 reps per set.

Try & Try & Try & Try….. it is not the best but I am sure I will turn it to be best SOONNNNNNN !!!!
Step ups or Single Legged Squats - It is a simple body resistance exercise that works muscles in the legs and Gluteus . A step-up targets the quadriceps and hamstrings, as well as the gluteal muscles. This is a good general lower body conditioning exercise.
