Patient came at Yash Dental & Max-Face Hospital with chief complain of swelling & mobility in upper left central teeth. O/E there is 3*3 cm size swelling extraorally below lower eyelid extended upto corner of nasolabial region. Excisional-Biopsy Biopsy done. Specimen sent for Histopatho examination with IHC done. Report suggested Rare tumor of Maxillary origin its Ewing's Sarcoma.
