Weekend well spent at 6th Annual International Conference of Life Style Medicine hosted by India Chapter. It’s a journey of learning, living and practicing. Meeting new people, learning new perspectives, aligning with own mission of offering holistic approach to my clients and patients…. All in all, worth investing time and a weekend for such updates. May it be infertility, or each case needs holistic approach for better and sustainable benefits. Heal beyond pills is my way of offering health care with strong allopathic background blended with Louise hay philosophy and mind body connection. I strongly believe that new generation of doctors and patients have different set of challenges in this era of information overload, such platforms bring more clear horizon to design blue print of happiness and health. So happy to see young minds with curious eyes attending conference like this. One such young doctor born at my hands .shah was one them! She is my niece and it’s OUR first conference attended together 🥳😊🎉 #

Human body is such wonderfully crafted machine by the God! And to operate upon this marvellous machine is indeed a privileged role. We doctors cut, HE (God) heals. Wait a moment and think, who designs the complete human body out of just 2 cells in the womb? Can we see our body beyond illness? Can we look at wellness as a blessing? Every child born is a gift of divine! Every human body is constantly working device… where is the power bank for it?! Happy and healthy week ahead with this lens of understanding 😍🤓 thank you for the pause while scrolling and read this.
