Hello all.. I am Kosha Thakkar, by background I am a pharmacist & working in a government sector. Because of my wrong food habits & stressful work, i gained my weight and had some health issues like very low energy, mood swings, dizziness & drowsiness all time and irregular menstrual cycle.

Ultimately I found out one solution to lose weight and healthy living. By Adopting healthy active lifestyle, good food habits & using good nutrition in daily life, I lost 10 kgs in 3 months. I had also consumed this nutrition in my both pregnancies & also lost 12 kgs in 4 months after delivery..

Now , i feel fantastic, more energetic, confident & looking younger mom.
