A sophisticated automatic conveying mechanism on the Lodha semi-automatic capsule filling line effectively moves full capsules from the filling machine to the polisher. The filled capsules are drawn in and transported by a pump, which streamlines the automated procedure and does away with the need for human intervention. A polishing machine equipped with a rotating brush is used to automatically clean the capsules. Capsules are loaded and then cleaned by a spiral brush within a chamber. De-dusted powder is removed from the chamber by a self-cleaning device that is attached to a vacuum cleaner. Any empty capsules are instantly removed by a vacant capsule ejector employing air pressure. Only straight capsules are allowed to travel through the damaged capsule sorter, which removes crooked ones. The semi-automatic capsule filling process relies on this equipment to guarantee that each capsule satisfies size and form requirements. The layout is straightforward and easy to use. Sizes ranging from 0 to 5 capsules are delivered to the hopper. For reliable filling, a corkscrew-driven hopper is used to move the granules. Before filling the loading rings, which range in size from 00 to 5, the capsules are sorted by size using a vacuum. The capsules are split in half by the operator using a vacuum.
