In this summer do not forget to take care of your eyes by wearing sunglasses.
During summer sunlight and UV rays are maximum and if we are not using protection by wearing sunglasses it can damage our eyes.
Common symptoms of UV light damages are

Headache

Most of the time we are aware of this kind of pain but do not know how to prevent it.
