આજ રોજ શ્રેયસ ફાઉન્ડેશન દ્વારા સંચાલિત શ્રેયસ ફોક આર્ટ મ્યુઝિયમ ની મુલાકાત કરવાનો અવસર મળ્યો

અમદાવાદ ના અતિ વ્યસ્ત વિસ્તાર ની વચ્ચે પણ મુઝિયમ નું પરિસર એકદમ શાંતિમય છે.
મ્યુઝિયમ માં ગુજરાત ની ભાતીગળ સંસ્કૃતિનો જાજરમાન વારસો ખૂબ જતન થી સાચવી રખાયો છે.
વિવિધ જાતિઓ ના પરંપરાગત પહેરવેશ , ઘરવખરી ની વસ્તુઓ, હાથ બનાવટ ના રોજ બરોજ વપરાશ માં લેવાતા સાધનો નું ખુબજ જાણવણી પૂર્વક પ્રદર્શન કરાયું છે. પરિસર માં જ આવેલું રમકડાં અને પ્રદર્શન કાળા સંગ્રહાલય ( Museum of Toys and Performing Arts) માં વિવિધ રાજ્યો ની વિસરાતી જતી પ્રાદેશિક લોક - કળાઓ જેમ કે કઠપૂતળી, કચ્છી ઘોડી, કથકલી, વગેરે ફકત બાળકો જ નહી, વયસ્કો માટે પણ જોવા એવી છે.

મ્યુઝિયમ નો સ્ટાફ ઘણો સારો અને મિલનસાર છે.
અંદર ફોટો લેવા ની મનાઈ છે, એટલે મ્યુઝિયમ ની બહાર જે મોર બેઠો હતો એનો ફોટો લઈ ને સંતોષ માની લીધો.

વેકેશન ના સમય માં બાળકો ને મલ્ટિપ્લેકસ માં, વોટર પાર્કમાં કે ગેમિંગ ઝોન માં લઇ ગયા પછી જો થોડો સમય મળે તો જવા જેવું ખરું.
