Preventive tips

-Have Gargles with turmeric + salt + warm water

- when you start feeling little bit itching in throat ( which is incubation period )

- at this stage only we can kill it

- TakeSimple Steam inhalation

- Add little ginger in tea

- Have lemon while having meal

- Have food as per your appetite

# Avoid

*Coffee - as it constricts airways

* Avoid black tea

* Fermented and cold food items
Idli,dosa,curd,pav,
instants dhokla etc

* Avoid tomato strictly
