POST COVID JOINT PAIN MANAGEMENT
• Boil 5gm of ajwain in 100ml of sesam oil and apply on the joint.
• Take tab Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Neem and Turmeric regularly.
• Take Dashmool kwath twice daily.
• Do Exercise daily.

• Take adequate protein like- Pulses, Legumes, Peanuts, Eggs, Yoghurt etc.
