Late Shri Bhanwar Singh ji Dangawas, former M.P. Nagaur was a person with high ideas and philanthropic personality. He was a staunch believer in the philosophy of VASUDHAIV KUTUMBKAM. Veer Teja Mahila Shikshan Evam Shodh Sansthan, Marwar Mundwa was established by the Bhagirath & Herculean efforts of Sh. Dangawas to impart quality and value based education to rural girls irrespective of caste, creed and religion. To undertake this mammoth uphill mission, Shri Bhanwar Singh ji Dangawas, Former Minister of State for Home (during B.J.P. Regime till 1998) Rajasthan, took a historic step in the field of girls education. He took all the pain until his death (2nd july,2012) with dedication and devotion to promote and develop his project ‘Veer Teja Mahila Shikshan Evam Shodh Sansthan, Marwar Mundwa’. The proposed deemed University, which he has started in the year 1998 on Vijayadasami day. He also played a vitol role in establishment of Government College in Merta City. He worked to improve sanitation, roads & hospital facilities during his tenure as M.L.A. & M.P. Even when not in power, he continued his efforts which became the main reason for his popularity in masses. His motto was "where there is a will, there is a way". Late Shri Bhanwar Singh Dangawas had a very highly versatile personality. He retired in the year 1984 as an Additional Supdt. He earned many awards such as President Police Medal for Gallantry in the year 1967, President Police Medal for Meritorious and Distinguished Services in the year 1979. Besides above decorations, he also got the Samar Seva Medal, Sangram Seva Medal owing to active participation in 1965 and 1971 Indo-Pak war while serving the 15 Battalion BSF on the western front. We established this trust in his name to carry on his projects and serve mankind. This trust helps poor people with their medical and education related needs. It also works for social awareness against tobacco and alcohol. Other than these we work for betterment of stray animals and maintenance of cleanliness in the surrounding areas. We welcome new ideas and donations from anybody and everybody who would like to join the cause.

हर मरीज को ओपरेशन की जरुरत नही होती।
कान के पर्दे में छेद था, कान से पानी और मवाद आता था। ईरफान को भी ऑपरेशन कराने की सलाह दी ग‌ई, ₹40000 का खर्चा बताया गया। फिर अजमेर में ऑपरेशन के लिए हमारे अस्पताल आये।
एक महीने तक दवाई दी ग‌ई, अब पर्दे का छेद ठीक हो गया है। अब ईरफान को ओपरेशन की जरुरत नही।

कान के पर्दे में छेद से परेशान सैंकडों मरीज़ो को दवा से ठीक करके ऑपरेशन की परेशानी और खर्चे से बचाया जा चुका है।

आपका बच्चा बीमार हो सकता है !!!
क्या आपका बच्चा ऊँची आवाज़ में बात करने लगा है?
क्या आपका बच्चा अचानक पढाई पर ध्यान नहीं दे रहा हैं?
क्या आपका बच्चा चिड़-चिड़ा रहने लगा हैं?
क्या आपका बच्चा आपकी बातों को अनसुना करने लगा हैं?

यह संभव है की आपका बच्चा लिम्फोइड अंगों (टॉन्सिल और अडेनोइड) के अतिवृद्धि से पीड़ित हो। जो नाक के पिछले हिस्से में यांत्रिक रुकावट पैदा कर रहा है, जिससे यूस्टेशियन ट्यूब (नाक से कान को जोड़ने वाली नली) की शिथिलता हो सकती है और सीक्रेटरी ओटाइटिस मीडिया (कान के परदे के पीछे पानी भरना) हो सकता हैं।

सीक्रेटरी ओटाइटिस मीडिया की वजह से सुनने की क्षमता काम हो सकती हैं, जो बच्चों के संज्ञानात्मक, भाषाई और भावनात्मक विकास से काफी समझौता कर सकती है।
कम सुनाई देने की वजह से बच्चे कक्षा में ठीक से समझ नहीं पाते और उन्हें दूसरे बच्चो से बात करने में भी परेशानी होती हैं। कम सुनने के कारण वे ऊँचा बोलते हैं, टी.वी. की आवाज़ भी तेज़ रखते हैं या उसके नज़दीक बैठते हैं। बच्चे की परेशानी से अनजान बड़े अक्सर ऐसे बच्चो को नालायक और शैतान की संज्ञा दे देते हैं, और बच्चे भी यह मान लेते हैं की वह दूसरे बच्चो से कमज़ोर हैं। यह बीमारी आमतौर पर पकड़ में नहीं आती क्योंकि बच्चों को कोई शिकायत नहीं होती है (वह यह बता नहीं पाते की उन्हें काम सुन रहा हैं) और परिजनों एवं गुरुजनो को इन लक्षणों की जानकारी नहीं होती। नाक के पिछले हिस्से में यांत्रिक रुकावट पैदा कारण ऐसे बच्चों मुंह से सांस लेते हैं यह बीमारी का सबसे आम और प्राथमिक लक्षण है। मुँह से सांस लेने के कारण रात में कई बार नींद टूटती हैं जिसके कारण बच्चे आलसी और चिढ़-चिढ़े रहने लगते हैं।

ऐसे लक्षणों की शंका मात्र होने पर ही कान,नाक,गला विशेषज्ञ से परामर्श ले लेना चाहिए। जिससे सही वक़्त पर इलाज दिया जा सके और बीमारी को बढ़ने से रोका जा सके।

अडेनोटोंसिलिटिस और सीक्रेटरी ओटाइटिस मीडिया को दवा से ठीक किया जा सकता हैं, ऑपरेशन की नौबत केवल 5 प्रतिशत बच्चो में होती हैं। सही वक़्त पर इलाज आपके बच्चे के संज्ञानात्मक, भाषाई और भावनात्मक विकास को बेहतर बनाने में सहायक हो सकता हैं।

मरीज़ की सराहना डॉक्टर द्वारा अर्जित की जाने वाली सबसे बड़ी संपत्ति है। हमारे एक मरीज़ द्वारा गूगल पर की गयी यह टिप्पणी हमको गौरवांवित करती है।
चारु शर्मा के इस लेख से हमारा मनोबल बढ़ा है।
***कभी-कभी Google खोज वास्तव में उपयोगी हो सकती है। मैंने अजमेर में ईएनटी के लिए गूगल खोज के माध्यम से डॉ. सुदीप को पाया, क्योंकि मैं अजमेर, जयपुर और नई दिल्ली में सबसे प्रसिद्ध डॉक्टरों के पास गया था, लेकिन मेरे लिए कुछ भी काम नहीं आया। डॉ. सुदीप के काम के बारे में थोड़ी भी जानकारी उपलब्ध नहीं थी, फिर भी मैंने अपॉइंटमेंट लिया (यह सिर्फ एक परीक्षण था, मैं मानता हूँ!)। मेरे कान की परेशानी (18 साल से लगातार हो रही समस्या) के बारे में उनका निदान कुछ ऐसा था जिसके बारे में मैंने पहले नहीं सुना था। इसलिए मैं किसी भी चीज़ के बारे में निश्चित नहीं था लेकिन मैं अपने कानों को ठीक करने के लिए बेताब था इसलिए मैंने उनके नुस्खे और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन किया। मुझसे धैर्य रखने को कहा गया और इसका फल मिला और कैसे! 18 वर्षों में कभी भी ऐसा नहीं हुआ कि मेरे कान से पानी न टपक रहा हो, या दर्द न हो, या सूजन न हो, या किसी न किसी तरह से मुझे चोट न पहुँची हो। इलाज तो दूर, कोई भी डॉक्टर समस्या का सही निदान भी नहीं कर सका (मैं भारत के बड़े-बड़े डॉक्टरों की बात कर रहा हूं)। डॉ. सुदीप के उपचार से, 3 सप्ताह के बाद, मुझे यह देखकर आश्चर्य हुआ कि मेरे कान वापस सामान्य हो गए। हाँ, यह एक गहरी समस्या है इसलिए कुछ सिटिंग्स की आवश्यकता होगी लेकिन इतने दिनों तक दवा के बिना कान का सामान्य होना मेरे लिए किसी चमत्कार से कम नहीं है। Google के पास इस आदमी के बारे में कोई समीक्षा क्यों नहीं है? इसके बारे में हर जगह चर्चा होनी चाहिए!! शुक्रिया डॉक्टर।
और क्या मैंने उनके द्वारा प्रदान किए जाने वाले किफायती उपचार का उल्लेख किया? इतने वर्षों तक अन्य डॉक्टरों के माध्यम से अपनी जेबें खाली करने के बाद, आखिरकार किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति को ढूंढना बहुत आरामदायक है जिससे आपको अपनी मेहनत की कमाई छीनने का डर नहीं है। यह आदमी जो कर रहा है वह वास्तव में सेवा है, जैसा कि मैंने सुना है कि चिकित्सा उद्योग शुरू में इसी के लिए स्थापित किया गया था। सेवा। डॉ. सुदीप विवरणों पर भी बहुत ध्यान देते हैं, ध्यान से सुनते हैं, अच्छी तरह समझाते हैं और सुनिश्चित करते हैं कि उनके मरीजों का सबसे अच्छा इलाज किया जाए। मुझे आश्चर्य है कि वह अभी तक भारत की शीर्ष सूची में कैसे नहीं है। शायद इसलिए क्योंकि वह अपने मरीज़ों से पैसे नहीं कमा रहा है। यहां तक ​​कि वह इसके लिए बमुश्किल एक या दो गोलियां देते हैं और वह अन्य सभी डॉक्टरों की तरह किसी विशिष्ट रसायनज्ञ या मेडिकल की सिफारिश भी नहीं करते हैं। वह वास्तव में अपने पेशे के माध्यम से लोगों की सेवा में हैं।

Our first official charitable venture started on 4th august 2019, we have started Shri Dangawas E.N.T. Center, opposite Mittal Hospital, Pushkar Road, Ajmer. Dr. Sudeep Choudhary (M.S. ENT) a reknowned ear, nose, throat & head-neck surgeon from pune will be providing his services at this highly sophisticated center equipped with latest daignostic equipments. also, there is a facility of free/subsidized treatment for the poor & needy people. We welcome new ideas and donations from anybody and everybody who would like to join the cause.
