For maximum results, one should incorporate full Pathya palan and pure Aushadh.

Rice , wheat , pulses etc are best suited to eat after one year. They have more nutritional value after one year of preservation.

Vasant is about to end so is the beginning of hindu new year. This marks the new sets of energy and accomplishments . It our ‘once in an year ‘ time to bring back the wheat , rice from the storage and wash them for this year since it has been stored for an year.
This will be used for this year and its nutritional values will be served to table.
Acharya charak has said that there grains obtain and sustain all the nutritional value when they are kept for an year . Fresh wheat , pulses , rice are reason for deteriorating health , major reason for diabetes and weight gain.
I wonder how villagers knew this and follow them as their core job.
Are we really educated or consciously blind?

करोड़ों कपिला ( कामधेनु ) गौओं के दान करने से जो अक्षय पुण्य प्राप्त होता है उसकी अपेक्षा अनेक कोटिगुण केवल एक रोगी की चिकित्सा करने से प्राप्त होता ॥
