16 yr old girl came to OPD with a echo report showing a large ASD (36mm) with hyperdynamic PH who was advised on heart surgery outside with a hope of getting it cured without open heart surgery. After explaing the pros and cons and telling that I can just give a try as the defect is really big and first option should be surgical closure. Pts father said he had full faith in me and is ready foe everything.
By GOD’s grace I was able to close it with ASD DEVICE

50 yr male with rest angina for 1 hr came to ER. ECG revealed IWMI and was taken up for Primary PCI. PCI to RCA was done and his myocardium was preserved. Pt went home next day.
PAMI is the need of the hour for STEMIs and is done worldwide. It just needs motivation from patients relatives.
