Shri Vishwshraddha Chikitsalaya - Ayurvedic Clinic Shri Vishwshraddha Chikitsalaya is the multi-speciality Ayurvedic clinic in Prayagraj Say bye to Pain If Vata is dominating it is called Sheeta Pitta.

ARE YOU SUFFERING FROM ARTHRITIS

Arthritis, like most pains, is a condition caused by accumulation of ama – an offshoot of improper digestion – and aggravation of vata (air) dosha. This ama circulates and deposits at regions and sites which are weaker. When it happens at the same time as there is a vitiation of vata, it results in called amavata in today’s parlance called Arthritis inhibiting mobility, joint function and comfort. There are different types of Arthritis including Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis. Osteoarthritis usually occurs with age and affects the fingers, knees, and hips. Rheumatoid Arthritis symptoms present an autoimmune disorder that often affects the hands and feet. Other types include gout, lupus, fibromyalgia, and septic Arthritis

Symptoms :
What begins as an insignificant stiffness in the morning, goes on to become joint pain, muscle pain, leg pain, knee pain, shoulder pain and swelling and can progress to become a disabling even crippling disease. ARE YOU SUFFERING FROM INFERTILITY

Ayurveda has a separate branch which deals with the treatment for various conditions which can lead to infertility – under the heading ‘Vajikarana Tantra’. Even though s***m production or ovulation may be normal, there are some conditions where the implantation of the zygote does not take place. The Ayurved treatment program comprises of:
– Detoxification
– Rejuvenation
– Administration of Rasayanas and Vajikara Dravyas internally (virilificatory recipes or aphrodisiacs)
– Yoga, pranayama and meditation – which not only helps in conception but also in producing healthy offspring. ARE YOU SUFFERING FROM SKIN DISORDERS

Eczema, Dermatitis, Uriticaria (correlated to Sheeta Pitta & Udarda) With such diseases, the Vata and Kapha doshas become aggravated due to excess cold wind, which in turn vitiates the Pitsta doha. The vitiated three doshas (tridoshas) provoke Rakta (blood) and Twacha (skin), which cause the presence of Sheeta Pitta or Udarda (uriticaria). If Kapha is dominating it is called Udarda. Conditions:
– Red, itchy skin
– Inflamed skin
– Raised red welts
– Pricking Sensations
– Twitching pain
– Burning sensations
– Nausea (in severe conditions)
– Pustules

ARE YOU SUFFERING FROM ASTHMA

Due to inhalation of dust or smoke, seasonal, poor diet or Dhatu Kshaya (tissue depletion in a post-infectious state), the Vata dosha gets vitiated, accumulating in Vaksha Pradesha (the chest region) through Pranavaha Srotas (respiratory tract). This, in turn, aggrevates the Kapha dosha thereby causing difficulty in breathing. This condition is called Santamaka Swasa – a type of Tamaka Swasa (bronchial asthma). Symptoms:
– Labored Breathing
– A feeling of tightness in the chest
– Coughing
– Difficulty inhaling and exhaling
– Noisy breathing (“wheezing”)
– Up-rolling of eyes
– Sweating over face
– Anxious look

The human body has an incredible built-in survival mechanism that activates when it experiences hunger. During periods without food, the body triggers a process known as autophagy, which literally means “self-eating.” This natural cellular recycling system allows the body to remove damaged, sick, and aging cells while generating new, healthy ones. Autophagy is essential for maintaining optimal health, supporting longevity, and preventing a range of diseases including neurodegenerative conditions, infections, and even some forms of cancer.

Research shows that controlled fasting or calorie restriction can stimulate autophagy, giving the body a chance to repair itself at a cellular level. This process not only cleanses the body internally but also improves metabolic efficiency, boosts energy, and strengthens the immune system. Experts believe that harnessing the power of autophagy could play a significant role in preventive health strategies and regenerative medicine.

Understanding this hidden cleansing process highlights the remarkable resilience of the human body and its ability to heal itself naturally. By respecting the body’s rhythms and occasionally allowing it to enter this state, we can potentially extend lifespan and improve overall wellness.

Under the golden glow of the moon, women once gathered in faith, their hearts steady, their prayers silent yet powerful.

Karwa Chauth began long ago, when Draupadi observed the fast for Arjuna.
Centuries later, the same moon still witnesses the same devotion.
