हमारे सेंटर में एम्ब्रियो ग्रेडिंग आमतौर पर गार्डनर ग्रेडिंग सिस्टम के हिसाब से की जाती है। इसमें तीन हिस्से होते हैं।

पहला 'एक्सपेंशन' नंबर है। यह 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 होता है। यह एम्ब्रियो के साइज़ पर आधारित होता है।

फिर, दूसरा है इनर सेल मास या जिसे ICM (फीटस-फॉर्मिंग सेल्स) भी कहा जाता है। इसे A, B या C के तौर पर ग्रेड किया जाता है।

और फिर, trophoectoderm या TE (प्लेसेंटा-फॉर्मिंग लेयर) होता है, जिसे आप कह सकते हैं, ज़ोना के ठीक अंदर की बाहरी लेयर। इसे भी A, B या C के तौर पर ग्रेड किया जाता है।

आमतौर पर, हम AA या AB को एम्ब्रियो इम्प्लांटेशन पोटेंशियल के मामले में सबसे अच्छा मानते हैं और हम 4AB या 5AB पर भी विचार कर सकते हैं।

उदाहरण: 5AB = हैचिंग ब्लास्टोसिस्ट जिसमें बेहतरीन ICM लेकिन अच्छा TE हो।

और BB को आम तौर पर AA या AB एम्ब्रियो की तुलना में थोड़ा कम अच्छा माना जाता है।

और फिर, ऐसे एम्ब्रियो होते हैं जो ग्रेड CC या CB के होते हैं। वे ग्रेडिंग सिस्टम में काफी नीचे होते हैं और उनमें इम्प्लांटेशन की संभावना कम होती है।

तो, अपने एम्ब्रियो ग्रेड जानने से आपको अंदाज़ा हो सकता है कि जब आप आखिर में ट्रांसफर के लिए आएंगे तो आपके सक्सेस रेट क्या हो सकते हैं।

Factors include reduced protection use, multiple sexual partners, widespread dating app use, poor awareness, and declining fear of HIV due to effective therapies.

Many STIs, such as chlamydia, gonorrhoea, and syphilis, are often asymptomatic, leading to delayed diagnosis and continued transmission.

Rising AMR, especially in gonorrhea, further complicates treatment.

Regular testing if needed, safer sexual practices, early treatment, vaccination, and public awareness are essential to reverse this growing trend.

Circumcision claims often get excluded in personal health insurance. Even in corporate policies, they are rejected many times, stating it's congenital, external, religious or cosmetic surgery. - ऐसा महसूस होना कि खाना आपके मुंह में वापस आ रहा है
- आपके गले के पिछले हिस्से में कड़वा या खट्टा स्वाद
- दर्द जो लेटने या झुकने पर बढ़ जाता है
