🔱 When It’s Not the Goddess Outside — But the Power Within That Awakens
Mantra:
"Aim Hreem Kleem Chamundayai Vichche"
This is the sacred seed (Bija) mantra of Goddess Chamunda,
composed of three divine syllables that awaken the combined energies of the Tridevi —
• Aim – invokes wisdom and speech (Goddess Saraswati)
• Hreem – brings prosperity and radiance (Goddess Lakshmi)

you are awakening the divine Chamunda energy within yourself,
the force that destroys all fear and obstacles. 🔥

🌕 Kartik Purnima — The Union of Astrology, Faith, and Divine Light 🌕✨
(5 November 2025)
The full moon day of the Shukla Paksha in the month of Kartik is considered highly auspicious in Hinduism.
On this day, the Sun is positioned in Scorpio and the Moon in Ta**us, creating a perfect balance between the mind, soul, and light.

🪔 Astrological and Spiritual Significance
• On this day, the Moon is in its highest (exalted) position — bringing peace and purity of mind.
• The alignment of the Sun and Moon symbolizes harmony between soul and mind, awakening higher consciousness.
• The union of water and earth elements represents emotional depth and stability.

🌼 Religious Importance
• In Kashi (Varanasi), the day is celebrated as Dev Deepawali, when the Devas (divine beings) are believed to light lamps along the River Ganga.
• On this very day, Lord Shiva destroyed the demon Tripurasura — hence it is also known as Tripurari Purnima.
• In South India, special worship of Lord Kartikeya (Murugan Swamy) is performed with great devotion.

🪔 Sacred Lamp-Lighting Mantras
1. Shubham Karoti Kalyanam Aarogyam Dhana Sampadah,
Shatrubuddhi Vinashay Deep Jyotir Namostute.
Meaning:
O Divine Light! You bring goodness, health, and prosperity.
You destroy the darkness of ignorance — I bow to your sacred flame.
2. Asato Ma Sadgamaya,
Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya,
Mrityor Ma Amritam Gamaya.
Meaning:
O Lord! Lead me from untruth to truth,
from darkness to light,
and from death to immortality.

🌸 Guru Nanak Jayanti Connection
Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first Sikh Guru and founder of Sikhism, was also born on Kartik Purnima.
Hence, his Jayanti (Gurpurab) is celebrated every year on this same full moon day.
While Hindus celebrate Kartik Purnima and Dev Deepawali,
the Sikh community worldwide celebrates Guru Nanak Gurpurab with devotion and joy.

✨ Essence of Kartik Purnima
Kartik Purnima symbolizes inner light, balance, and the fullness of devotion —
a day when the darkness of the mind fades away,
and the light of the soul shines within. 🌕🕉️

🎋 Tulsi Vivah — The Sacred Divine Union 🌼
Every year, on the Shukla Dwadashi Tithi of the Kartik month,
we celebrate Tulsi Vivah — the holy marriage of Lord Vishnu (in the form of Shaligram) and Goddess Tulsi (an incarnation of Goddess Lakshmi). 💫
This year, Tulsi Vivah will be celebrated on Sunday, 2nd November 2025.
It is said that on Dev Uthani Ekadashi, Lord Vishnu awakens from His divine slumber,
and the next day — on Dwadashi — He marries Goddess Tulsi. 💍
On this day, devotees decorate the Tulsi plant with a sari, bangles, and ornaments,
and perform the symbolic wedding rituals with Lord Vishnu’s idol or Shaligram stone.
The home fills with lights, devotion, and joyful wedding songs. 🪔
🌿 It is believed that performing Tulsi Vivah brings happiness, prosperity, and harmony in married life.
It also marks the beginning of the Hindu wedding season.
✨ Tulsi Vivah — where love, devotion, and nature unite in divine harmony.
Jai Shri Vishnu 🌼 Jai Tulsi Mata!

Dev Uthani Ekadashi — the awakening of divinity 🕉️
1st November 2025, Saturday
“When Lord Vishnu awakens — Dharma awakens again.”
In the month of Ashadha, Lord Vishnu enters a deep Yoganidra (cosmic slumber),
and on Kartik Shukla Ekadashi, after four months, He awakens —
hence this day is known as Dev Uthani Ekadashi (the Awakening of the Gods).
From this day, all auspicious activities begin again —
such as marriages, housewarmings, and sacred rituals (Yagyas).
This festival teaches us —
Awaken! Not just the Lord,
but also your inner consciousness, devotion, and truth.
On this day, the Sun moves from Libra to Scorpio,
signifying inner awakening and the journey from darkness to light.
At the same time, the Moon moves from Aries to Ta**us,
a phase that purifies and stabilizes the mind.
🪔 Observe a fast, light the lamps,
chant “Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya”,
and pray to Lord Vishnu for a new, enlightened life.
This is the sacred moment when —
“the soul, asleep in ignorance, awakens once again to the path of Dharma, truth, and devotion.”
It is a day best suited for silent reflection, self-purification, and renewed resolve.
🌿 That is the true meaning of Dev Uththan —
when the light within us awakens.
🕉️ Jai Shri Vishnu! 🙏

Bhai Dooj (Yama Dwitiya) — The Sacred Festival of Love and Protection 💖
“When the lamps of love and protection glow together —
that is the true essence of Bhai Dooj.” ✨
This day celebrates the bond between brother and sister —
a symbol of affection and emotional balance.
Astrologically, it marks the union of Chandra (Moon – emotions) and Yama (Lord of Justice),
bringing blessings of forgiveness, love, and longevity. 🌕
As the legends say —
Lord Yama once visited his sister Yami (Yamuna)
and blessed her with eternal love.
Since then, this day is known as Yama Dwitiya.
🕉️ Yam Dwitiya namedam pavitram pāpanāshanam,
Bhratribhi sahitā nāryah pūjayanti Yamam prabhum.
✨ Message:
Bhai Dooj reminds us that —
relationships are the true light of life.

🪔✨ The Sacred Yama Deepam — Light of Protection & Longevity
On this Dhanteras evening, light the Yama Deepam — the divine lamp that protects your family from unseen misfortunes and brings peace, health, and long life. 🌿
Purpose of Yama Deepam:
• To protect from Mrityu Dosh (untimely death)
• To please Lord Yama, the guardian of the South
• To invite Aayu (long life), Aarogya (health), and Raksha (divine protection)
Procedure:
Light a mustard oil diya with four cotton wicks (char mukhi diya).
Add one cowrie and one coin to the lamp.
Place it outside your home facing South, on a small mound of rice grains.
Chant “Om Yam Devaya Namah” and bow towards the South in reverence to Lord Yama.
🪶 You may also make the diya out of atta (flour) — the most traditional form.
Placement Tip:
Yama rules the South, so always place the diya facing South — ideally outside your main entrance, near a southern wall or balcony.
For apartments, place it near your main door facing South.
🌕 Light this diya every evening from Dhanteras to Bhai Dooj during Kartik Deepotsav for peace, protection, and divine blessings.
🙏 Let the Yama Deepam burn outside naturally — never blow it out or bring it indoors.
✨ One lamp… endless blessings.
