There are many benefits to triangle pose: Stretches legs, muscles around the knee, ankle joints, hips, groin muscles, hamstrings, calves, shoulders, chest and spine. Strengthens legs, knees, ankles, abdominals, obliques and back. Stimulates function of abdominal organs.
Helps improve digestion
Reduces anxiety, stress, back pain and sciatica.

parshvakonasana ( Extended side angle pose)

Benefits :-

1) Strengthens and stretches the legs, knees, and ankles.

2) Stretches the groins, spine, waist, chest and lungs, and shoulders.

3) Stimulates abdominal organs.

4) Increases stamina.

Energetic Benefits :-

This pose is a grounding yet energizing pose. This pose has the same energetic benefits as Trikonasana. The practitioner should start developing awareness of the back leg as this will develop better balance in the pose.

Contraindications

Those with headaches and regular migraines should avoid this pose. Those with high blood pressure should not lift their arms up, but keep their palms on their hips. If there is any groin injury take a shorter stance. Those with any neck injuries should refrain from looking upward and should look forward.

Benefits of the Camel Pose (Ustrasana)

Hanumanasana benefits : -

1) Hanumanasana helps to stretches the thighs, hamstrings and groins.

2) It helps to stimulate the abdominal organs.

3) Hanumanasana is the excellent test of leg flexibility at the hips.

4) The asana is very useful in treating or preventing of sexual problems.

5) The regular practice of this asana helps to ease in childbirth.

6) It is also good for the smooth functioning of digestive system.

7) It enhances the flexibility of the hips muscles.

8) It also gives adequate stretch to the back muscles.

9) Since it is known for excess stretching, good to overcome tension and stress.

10) Practicing asana is beneficial for the health of legs, especially the knee, ankle, etc.

Hanumanasana contradictions and cautions :-

1) There are some precautions when Hanumanasana shouldn’t be practiced.

2) This is the advanced asana, shouldn’t be tried mastery over the pose. Especially by the beginners.

3) It shouldn’t be practiced by those who have stiff body.

4) Groin problems

5) Hamstring injuries

6) Those who practice it for the first time should keep blanket or cushion under the buttocks to lessen the impact of strain.

7) It shouldn’t be practiced strictly in case of slipped disc, sciatica, hernia, etc.

8) While practicing this yoga pose, always listen to your body and the range of flexibility.
