Presented with Right eye diminished of vision
On evaluation Rt optic neuritis
Neuromyelitis optica antibody strongly positive
Non responsive to steroid .
Vision initially finger counting at 1/2 meter .
Done 7 sessions of plasmapheresis
Now patient vision 6/18.
