*Glad to share that i did my first Renal Transplant surgery* (Skin to Skin including the vascular anastomosis) on 07.04.23 at Regional Referral Services Hospital, Amravati.

This was the 20th Renal Transplant at the hospital.

It is the first unrelated transplant in Amravati in which the Father in law donated the Kidney to his son in law.

KT is a high stake surgery that challenges your expertise and speed as a surgeon as you have to complete two vascular anastomosis in the stipulated time..

Rare Laparoscopic Ectopic Kidney Stone Removal done at Shree Urology Hospital, Amravati

▪️60 yr/Female was diagnosed to have a 2cm Stone in an Unascended malrotated Right Kidney located in Right Iliac region..

▪️The Renal Pelvis was opened Laparoscopically.

▪️The stone was removed and placed in a Bag for Retrieval.

▪️The Renal Pelvis was sutured after stone removal

Pleased to announce that Shree Urology Hospital has installed Auriga Holmium Laser 30 W for Intracorporeal Laser Lithotripsy, the 1st hospital in Amravati to have this facility. Auriga 30 W Laser is a FDA approved machine for Intracorporeal Lithotripsy.

We have also installed Storz Flexible Ureteroscope, becoming the 1st Hospital in Amravati to have the facility of Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (RIRS) and Flexible Ureteroscopy.

We have also installed Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) machine, the only private hospital in Amravati to have this facility.

We have also installed GE X ray machine with Computerized Radiography (CR) for performing diagnostic urological procedures.

The above installations completes the armamentarium required for treatment of any kind of urinary stone irrespective of its location, composition, hardness and can bypass difficulties in patients with abnormal anatomy. Laser lithotripsy is considered as the most efficient and safest modality for Intracorporeal Lithotripsy.
