Last year, my fiancée got a gold—this year, my junior became a champion.

Pleased to share that I have successfully completed Blood Flow Occlusion (Restriction) Training – Level 1 & Level 2 at the Amar Jyoti Institute of Physiotherapy, New Delhi.

This 16-hour practical training enhanced my understanding of Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, including its physiological basis, arterial occlusion pressure calculation, safe clinical application, and its role in rehabilitation, hypertrophy, and performance enhancement.

Grateful to learn from Dr. G. Durga Prathap for such an insightful and hands-on learning experience.

Looking forward to integrating BFR training techniques into clinical practice to improve rehabilitation outcomes.
