We have all heard of the statement at least once in our lives: “We are what we eat.” But, is that true? Sadly, the truth must be told, and yes, we are what we eat.
We can eat what looks delicious or what can keep the stomach full, but in the end, those foods will mostly determine our appearance and health. We have seen it. We know it.
If you're trying to lose weight, the first snack that tends to get the boot is potato chips. Oily, fried, fatty. Whereas an Aaloo paratha on the other hand is also prepared with potato !
We are ok to eat 2 or 3 packets of fried chips but smirk at the sight of a paratha !
Paratha is made with whole wheat and is excellent for diabetics as it controls blood sugar levels as its a low GI food. It is also rich in Phosphorus which closely works with calcium to strengthen our bones !
