😍👻Sometimes I feel like my clients don’t actually follow my diet plans — I end up following their food choices instead! 😂 Every day I hear the same sweet confessions: “Ma’am, please add pizza,” “I can’t skip my chai,” “Dinner has to be out on weekends,” “I get bored without sweets,” and the list goes on! Basically, everyone wants to lose weight but without saying goodbye to their favorite comfort foods. 🍕☕🍫
And honestly, that’s where my real challenge begins — not creating diet plans, but negotiating them! 😅 I spend half my time finding healthier twists, balancing calories, and turning their cravings into something guilt-free. It’s like I’m part-dietician, part-magician! ✨
But that’s the beauty of my job — every client has their own story, habits, emotions, and food attachments. My role is not to take everything away, but to help them enjoy what they love, in a smarter and more balanced way. Because at the end of the day, a good diet isn’t about restrictions — it’s about finding that perfect middle ground between “I want to eat this” and “I still want results.” 💪🥗💚
