Every tooth stands a chance of survival 😊
Replacement with an Implant can always wait. Nothing is more predictable than natural tooth.
Patient came to us with root canal treatment done at some other practice. Tooth was infected and a file was broken beyond apex. Patient was in pain and unable to chew for last two years.
- Tooth was completely cleared of previous fillings. Thoroughly cleaned and obturated. Patient was able to eat. Though we couldn’t remove file but complete biochemical preparation will take care of infection.
RCT will be followed by restoration and endocrown.
