1ļøāƒ£ Wake up between 4:30 am and 6 am everyday
(as per your Prakriti) to align your body with nature’s rhythm.
2ļøāƒ£ For Abhyanga, try Dhanvantaram Thailam or Nalapamaradi Tailam from Kerala Ayurveda.

3ļøāƒ£ Make your own Ubtan:
2 tbsp moong dal paste/powder
1 tbsp besan
½ tsp haldi
1 tsp chandan (optional)
Milk to mix
Few drops of sesame oil (for dry skin)
Apply, wait for a few minutes and rinse for refreshed glowing skin.

Difference between regular and dry ginger: 🌱

Fresh (regular) ginger is warm and drying. It stimulates digestion quickly, works mainly in the stomach and intestines and can loosen stools, often useful when constipation is present.

Dry ginger (sonth) is warm but slightly oily. It absorbs excess moisture, firms stools, and acts for longer often helpful for loose stools or IBS-type sensitivity.
