The puzzles of the mind are never ending, no rich or poorest person has ever said that they have enough or they are peaceful for long. Culprit is always the mind. Saints . People in general who seem quite and can sit at places for long without any resistance or listen to someone speaking loudly and not not react or people who seem a bit aloof or people who seem de attach from life and people who don't mind things ; people who have less preferences are the ones we call boring or call them they are not enjoying life but if you look deeper, you will see they are the ones who are peaceful, who are satisfied with life, who sleep well. Who never over indulge in things , are the ones who knows the secret of living a balanced and joyful life. Won't you like to cultivate these qualities within yourself
