My Name is Manoj kumar Das,My daughter Bhumi kumari Das age 7 years is suffering from spine scoliosis(curve in the Backbone) by Birth. Right now it's need to be opreted and it's only Possible in Delhi AIIMS Hospital because all the equipments are only available there And the Estimated cost of that surgery is around 4 lakh Rupees which is tough for me to arrange right now as I am financially strapped badly.

I am requesting to all of you please help me as much as you can So that I can save my Little one. All the documents and papers are attached with this note.
