Dhoot Transmission is an Indian conglomerate company headquartered in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, and was founded by Mr Rahul Dhoot in the year 1999. It operates the business in products as diverse as Wiring Harness, Electronic Sensors and Controllers, Automotive Switches, Power Cords, Automotive Cables, Connectors and Terminals, suiting to 2-Wheelers, 3-Wheelers, Commercial Vehicles, Off-Road Vehicles, Earth Movers, Farming Equipments, Medical Equipments & Domestic Appliances etc. Today, we enjoy the patronage of having 22 manufacturing facilities spread across the globe that includes 5 locations in UK, Slovakia, Thailand, Japan & South Korea and 17 locations in India. We are serving to a large customer’s base stretched in 8 countries and 3 continents. In fact, we are one of the most ‘in-demand’ company globally for wiring solutions.

Dhoot Transmission has announced a strategic partnership with Pune-based FourFront, a Tier-1 supplier of customized electro-mechanical and electronic solutions to leading OEMs.

FourFront will merge with one of the Company’s subsidiaries and become part of the Group’s automotive electronics and electrical platform. The combined platform brings together complementary capabilities across wiring systems, power electronics, switches, and EV-focused products, strengthening our ability to serve Passenger Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle OEMs amid rising electrification and increasing electronics content.

Commenting on the transaction, Rahul Dhoot, Managing Director, Dhoot Transmission Group, said, “This partnership is closely aligned with our strategy of building a differentiated automotive platform with strong capabilities in electronics and electrical systems. FourFront has developed trusted relationships with OEM customers and built meaningful expertise in power electronics.
