It operates the business in products as diverse as Wiring Harness, Electronic Sensors and Controllers, Automotive Switches, Power Cords, Automotive Cables, Connectors and Terminals, suiting to 2-Wheelers, 3-Wheelers, Commercial Vehicles, Off-Road Vehicles, Earth Movers, Farming Equipments, Medical Equipments & Domestic Appliances etc. Today, we enjoy the patronage of having 22 manufacturing facilities spread across the globe that includes 5 locations in UK, Slovakia, Thailand, Japan & South Korea and 17 locations in India. We are looking for a high-potential Engineer + MBA with 2-4 years of experience to work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategy, marketing, MIS, and investor-facing initiatives.

This is a high-exposure role for someone who enjoys analytics, storytelling, and working on business-critical topics.

What You’ll Work On:
Strategic planning, market research & competitive analysis
Marketing strategy support & go-to-market inputs
MIS dashboards, KPI tracking & business analytics
Leadership decks & executive communication
Cross-functional projects and CEO-driven initiatives

Who Should Apply:
B.Tech / B.E + MBA from a recognised institute
2-4 years experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, or marketing roles
Strong skills in Excel & PowerPoint (data + storytelling)
Sharp analytical thinking with clear communication
High ownership, curiosity, and comfort working with senior leadership

What does harvest season mean across India? For some, it’s Makar Sankranti. For others, Lohri, Pongal, Magh Bihu, or Uttarayan. The expressions vary, but the purpose remains the same; acknowledging the harvest, the season, and the role of nature and farming in everyday life.

In different regions, this takes different forms. Some communities gather around bonfires, others prepare seasonal foods, fly kites, or come together through local rituals and shared meals. Each tradition reflects its regional context, climate, and agricultural cycle, yet all point back to the same idea of gratitude and collective participation.
