सदर सूचनेद्वारे डॉ. हेडगेवार रूग्णालय, गारखेडा परिसर, गजानन मंदिररोड, छत्रपती संभाजीनगर येथे यापूर्वी उपचार घेतलेल्या सर्व रूग्णांना अथवा त्यांच्या नातेवाईकांना सूचित करण्यात येथे की, रूग्णांवर केलेल्या वैद्यकीय उपचाराबाबतचे केसपेपर्स जतन करण्याचा कायदेशीर कालावधी उलटून गेल्यामुळे डॉ. हेडगेवार रूग्णालय व्यवस्थापनाने खाली दिलेल्या कालावधीतील केसपेपर्सचे रेकॉर्ड नष्ट करावयाचे ठरवले आहे.

A Memorable Day for Dr. Hedgewar Hospital

We are delighted to share the successful inauguration and naming ceremony of the AshaKiran MRI Diagnostic Centre, generously donated by Kotak Mahindra Bank.

The ceremony was graced by Ms. Ridhi Bhatia, Senior Vice President, Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, who inaugurated the centre on 11th August 2025 at the Damu Anna Date Hall, Dr. Hedgewar Rugnalaya.

The event was attended by our trustees, doctors, dignitaries, and well-wishers, making it a truly special occasion. This advanced MRI facility will strengthen our diagnostic capabilities and help us serve patients with greater efficiency and care.

On World Diabetes Day, November 14, an in-depth panel discussion exploring the multifaceted aspects of diabetes was organized for patients, staff managers, and faculty members. Esteemed experts from Dr. Hedgewar Hospital and R.K. Damani Medical College led the session, including senior physicians Dr. Ranjana Deshmukh, Dr. Yashaswini Tupkary, and Dr. Anil Joshi; cardiologist Dr. Vishal Patil; nephrologist Dr. Bhagyashree Patil; ophthalmologist Dr. Ajay Tammewar; surgeon Dr. Prasad Vaidya; and pathologist Dr. Ravindra Patawadkar.

The discussion was moderated by nephrologist Dr. Neeraj Inamdar and Head of Medicine, Dr. Sagar Gupta. Additionally, a free diabetic retinopathy screening camp, led by retina specialist Dr. Abhidnya Surve, was conducted.

The panel covered various aspects of diabetes and the latest treatment options for organ-specific complications. Dr. Hedgewar Hospital offers comprehensive services, including cardiac care with angiography and angioplasty, nephrology services such as dialysis and kidney transplants, and retinal care services like pan-retinal photocoagulation, intravitreal injections, and retinal surgeries. Surgical care for diabetic foot conditions is also available. Most services are provided free of charge under government schemes.

आज दिनांक 16 ऑक्टोबर रोजी डॉ. हेडगेवार रुग्णालयामध्ये जागतिक भुलशास्त्र दिन साजरा करीत आहोत. त्यानिमित्ताने रुग्णालयातील सर्व भूलतज्ज्ञ COLS (Compression only Life support) चे प्रशिक्षण सर्व सामान्य व्यक्तींना देत आहेत. जेणेकरून आपत्कालीन परिस्थिती मध्ये रुग्णांस हॉस्पिटल मध्ये पोहचंविण्यापर्यंत मदत देऊन रुग्णाचा जीव वाचविने शक्य होईल.

Today, as we mourn the passing of a great leader and visionary, we reflect on the profound impact Tata Trust has made through its unwavering support for healthcare initiatives. As a charitable trust running the Kimaya Cochlear Implant Program at Dr. Hedgewar Hospital, we have had the privilege of performing 200 life-changing surgeries, many of them were generously funded by Tata Trust.

Their support has been instrumental in transforming the lives of many children who, through cochlear implants, now experience the world in ways they once could not. We remain eternally grateful for the compassion and dedication Tata Trust extended toward this cause.

On this day of loss, we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and everyone at Tata Trust. His legacy of kindness and commitment to bettering society will forever be remembered and cherished.
