What is Energy Meditation ?
The whole spirituality is about energy play. There is positive and negative energy. Both have their play in our lives, their effects, manifestation creates all kind of situations, emotions and events in our life, in general we call it as Karma. Human body has a unique capacity to generate positive energy. But because of our own wrong doings in this and previous births, all the setback energy manifests as negative energy / negative blocks in our spiritual path / energy body. There are just two ways to remove all the negativity. 1. Either suffering from all situations we got on our account because of our own karma. OR 2. Replace the negative energy with positive energy, so as to nullify the effect.
