Āhāra Vidhi Vidhāna – The Ayurvedic Science of Eating 🍲🌿

Ayurveda kehta hai ki “Āhāraḥ Prāṇināṁ Prāṇaḥ” – khana hi sabhi jeevon ki praan shakti hai. Sirf kya khate hain yeh important nahi, balki kaise khate hain aur kis samay khate hain yeh bhi utna hi mahatvapurna hai.

Is video mein Dr. Aiman Akhlaque Ansari Ayurveda ke woh golden principles share kar rahe hain jo insaan ki sehat ke saath-saath prakriti ki sustainability ke liye bhi zaroori hain.

🥗 Ayurveda ke Eating Rules:

Hamesha warm & freshly cooked food khana chahiye. Yeh Agni (digestive fire) ko stimulate karta hai.

Thoda unctuous/oily food zaroor khayein. Yeh sharir ko nourish aur lubricate karta hai.

Proper quantity mai khayein, na zyada na kam. Overeating se toxins (Ama) bante hain.

pehle ka khana digest ho jaane ke baad hi agla meal lena chahiye.

Local aur seasonal food ko priority dein. Yeh environment ko bhi support karta hai.

Jo khana mann ko pasand ho aur shanti se khaya jaye, wahi sabse zyada health benefit deta hai.

🌍 Ayurveda & Sustainability:

Ayurveda ke principles sirf sharir ko balance karne ke liye nahi, balki environment ko bhi protect karne ke liye bane hain. Local & seasonal food khana, waste avoid karna aur gratitude ke saath khana – yeh sab “Healthy Humans, Healthy Planet” ki taraf ek step hai.

✨ Jab hum sahi khana khate hain, toh sirf apne sharir ko nahi, balki dharti maa ko bhi heal karte hain.

Ayurveda कहता है कि समय पर भोजन करना शरीर के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक है। Meals skip करने से शरीर में Vata dosha बढ़ता है, जिससे –

कमजोरी आती है

Anxiety और Stress बढ़ सकते हैं

पाचन संबंधी समस्याएँ होने लगती हैं
