Pregnancy ke dauraan thyroid ko ignore karna bahut risky ho sakta hai.
Agar TSH level control mein na ho, toh miscarriage ka risk badh sakta hai.

Bahut si women ko pata bhi nahi hota ki unke repeated miscarriages ke peeche thyroid problem ho sakta hai.

Pregnancy mein ya pregnancy plan karte waqt thyroid test zaroor karwayein aur doctor ki advice follow karein.
Sahi treatment aur regular monitoring se healthy pregnancy bilkul possible hai.

Yes — but only with proper planning.

✔ Drink 2–2.5 litres of water between Iftar & Sehri
✔ Sip slowly, don’t drink all at once
✔ Limit tea & coffee ☕
✔ Choose coconut water & lemon water
✔ Avoid fried & sugary foods
✔ Control portions
✔ Walk 30–60 mins after Iftar

If your HbA1c is 8, don’t panic. With discipline, it can come below 7 in 3 months 💪

Ramadan is about self-control — use it to control your sugar too.
