I have a history of shoulder issues (torn supraspinatus on both sides/ labral tear on my left shoulder).

When I was doing to regain functionality, we spent a lot of time building my posterior and medial deltoids to take pressure off of the front of my shoulder and to improve my ability to externally rotate my shoulders.

This is a great exercise to accomplish these goals. As an added bonus, it also helps the shoulders look f***ing ripped.

NOT ONLY IS EVERY BODY DIFFERENT, EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT Physiology, motivational style, exercise selection and the tone of your sessions all play roles in attaining fitness goals. These elements will be the basis of the customized program I will design for you. My name is Michael Buckley, NASM Certified Personal Trainer. With twelve years of fitness experience and extensive knowledge of exercise science, I can help you meet (and exceed) your fitness goals. Sessions will be conducted with humor and positivity, mostly to act as a diversion so you don’t realize how hard you’re working and you will work hard. And love it! I welcome clients who are at all stages of training – If you have never exercised before, I am a very compassionate, supportive person who understands the needs of those just starting out.
