About the workshop🪷

This hands-on workshop is designed for wellness practitioners ready to explore sound as a therapeutic tool through practical learning and intuitive play. You’ll receive guided instruction and experience working with Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, handpan, chimes, rattles, shakers, shruti box, and voice. The session concludes with a collaborative sound journey, helping you integrate rhythm, silence, and intention into a cohesive facilitation flow you can apply immediately.

Hello Folks, We are so happy to announce our upcoming workshop for wellness practitioners, If you have ever felt curious about the role of sound in your sessions, this is the perfect place to start.

This is going to be a hands-on experience. We will be getting comfortable with instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, Chimes, Rattles and Shakers, the Handpan, and even the Shruti box.

We will explore the philosophical and psychoacoustic sides of sound, looking at how rhythm impacts the mind and how these techniques connect with other modalities to calm the nervous system.

We’ll wrap up the experience by co-creating a sound journey together. It will be playful, meaningful, and practical.
