"I want to lead a healthy life without depending on supplements."
Most people say this.
And when they say that, the underlying thought process they carry is that supplements are not good in the long-term!!
I would not know where this thought process is coming from!
But let me help you understand a bit more about supplements and their place in our health.
🎯 When you don't have any deficiency and/or symptoms, you may not need supplements

But in reality, you either will have a deficiency or a health dysfunction symptom that is developing, which you will not know unless you do the required tests.
