Meet Suvarsha, an IT consultant whose wellness journey began with a simple wish - to regain control over her health. For years, she struggled with irregular periods and gradual weight gain after marriage. What truly pushed her to take action was when her cycles became completely unpredictable. SHE DIDN’T CHANGE HER JOB — SHE CHANGED HER LIFE!

Raksha’s transformation began with one clear goal, to reclaim her health despite the chaos of rotating night shifts. When she started, she weighed 65 kg. Today, she stands at 55 kg, but what she gained along the way matters far more than what she lost.

As her body became lighter, deeper healing followed. Her irregular menstrual cycles, which had troubled her for years, slowly settled into a healthy rhythm. What once felt unpredictable became stable again, giving her confidence and peace of mind.

Next came the shift in her digestion. The bloating reduced, gut health improved and the heavy post-meal sleepiness that once drained her evenings disappeared. She began feeling comfortable in her own body again, able to enjoy food without discomfort.

With her system healing from within, her energy finally returned. Despite working night shifts, Raksha now feels refreshed, active and mentally sharp throughout her day and night.
