HEALING WITHOUT SURGERY: ANUBHA’S INSPIRING WELLNESS JOURNEY!

Anubha, a 62-year-old warm-hearted homemaker was silently battling arthritis, constant knee pain and vitamin deficiencies. Daily tasks became a struggle and even walking around the house was painful.

Doctors advised her that she would likely need knee replacement surgery. However, Anubha was determined to explore other options before committing to a surgical procedure. FROM STRUGGLE TO STRENGTH: SHWETA'S 28 KG WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY!

Shweta is a homemaker and also the co-founder of her husband’s production company, where she manages the finance operations. Balancing home responsibilities and business demands, her schedule was always full, but her health was slowly taking a back seat.

For many years, her weight remained above 90 kg. She tried online programs, self-help methods and home workouts, but nothing gave sustainable results. She had reconnected on Facebook with a former colleague, now a coach with the Wellness Atlas Community, in 2022. At that time, she inquired but didn’t move ahead.

In November 2024, when her weight touched 102.6 kg, she decided it was time to commit. That decision changed her life.

She was struggling with frequent cold and cough that required almost monthly medication, severe heel pain, pre-diabetes with insulin resistance (HbA1c 6.1) and a TSH of 4.954. Though she hadn’t started thyroid medication, her energy and immunity were low.

Over the next year, with structured lifestyle guidance, her body began to respond. By November 2025, she had lost 28.1 kg, going from 102.6 kg to 74.5 kg, and reduced 29 cm from her waist (126 cm to 97 cm). Her TSH improved to 1.595. HbA1c reduced to 5.9. Cold and cough drastically reduced and heel pain became very mild.

Shweta didn’t just lose weight, she restored her health, energy, and confidence in a sustainable way.

Sandhya, a dedicated teacher, was silently dealing with multiple health issues while balancing her personal and professional life.
