Research shows that best way to eat almonds is by soaking them and removing their peel. The skin of Almonds contain tannin which prevent the complete absorption of nutrients.Moreover, skin is hard to digest . Soaking Almonds for 5 to 6 hours is enough. Soaked Almonds help in releasing enzymes called lipase which helps in digestion of fats!

So next time, whenever you eat Almonds, do soak them!!
