Burping is an important part of feeding that helps your little one feel comfortable and prevents gas build-up. With a few gentle techniques, you can make it a simple and soothing routine. Whether you hold your baby over your shoulder, lay them tummy-down on your lap, sit them upright for support, or just use a burp cloth to stay mess-free, each method works to release those tiny air bubbles. Focusing on gentle pats and rubs, especially on the left side of the back, makes burping more effective. A calm tummy means a happy, relaxed baby — and a happier you too!
