Holi doesn’t ask for perfection.
It arrives messy. Loud. Colorful. Unpredictable.

And yoga doesn’t ask you to escape this mess.
It asks you to meet life exactly as it is.

As a yoga teacher, I’ve learned something beautiful:
Stillness is not the absence of noise.
Peace is not the absence of color.
Balance is not the absence of movement.

Real yoga is when you can sit in meditation
while the world throws pinks, greens, and yellows at you.
Real yoga is when your heart can stay open
even when life feels overwhelming.
Real yoga is when your roots stay strong
even when everything around you changes.

This Holi, don’t just play with colors.
Play with your awareness.

Let life touch you.
But don’t let it shake your center. 🌈

IT’S NOT ALWAYS ZEN!!

Being a yoga teacher isn’t as effortless as it looks. Behind every calm cue, every smile, every savasana is a woman learning to breathe through her own storms

We hold space for others when our hearts are heavy, guide breath when our minds are racing, and show up, even when life feels uncertain

We carry the energy of the room,
make sure everyone feels safe, seen, and supported while quietly managing bills, classes, and strategies to make our passion sustainable.

Soft doesn’t mean weak.
Calm doesn’t mean untouched.
We’re still learning, still growing, still standing strong on and off the mat

🥇🥉 Discipline that shows up—no matter what.

Irrespective of how demanding her day is—with work, a child, a home, and responsibilities as a wife—she still shows up on the mat. Not when it’s convenient. But irrespective of the situation. And that, in itself, is a very big deal.

At the National Games in Pune, that consistency translated into two Gold medals (30+ & 35+ categories) and a Bronze in the 3×3 basketball format.

This achievement is not just about medals.
It’s about commitment, self-belief, and choosing to show up—for yourself—every single day.
