Most people think their brain is fixed after childhood.
But neuroscience shows the opposite: your brain is constantly adapting to your habits, thoughts, and routines.

Here’s what that means ⬇️

– Every thought strengthens a circuit.
The more you repeat it, the easier it fires — whether it’s positive or negative.

– Habits sculpt your brain like clay.
Daily actions carve deep neural pathways, which over time become automatic.

– Stress wires chaos.
Constant stress builds circuits of fear and reactivity, making calm focus harder.

– Calm wires clarity.
Mindful focus strengthens pathways for resilience, learning, and sharp thinking.

* 30 min Walk after dinner
* Avoid cellphone 30min before sleeping.
* 10 surya namaskar before or After slower.

If you have time then start anything for 3 months
* Gym
* walk / Run
* Yoga
* Swim

For 3 month ,
New year is a New Start , New opportunity, New beginning & New you.

Be consistent for 3 month , don’t think of Any results. Just attendance for 3 month🙏🏻✨🤗
