🌕 Super Moon Remedies
1️⃣ Water Charging Remedy
During a Super Moon, moonlight is stronger.
How to do it:
Fill a glass bowl or copper vessel with clean water.
Keep it under the moonlight for 2–3 hours.
Sip it the next morning or use it to sprinkle around your home for peace.
Benefits: Emotional cleansing, clarity, cooling energy.
2️⃣ Salt Bath Cleansing
Mix rock salt or Himalayan pink salt in your bath water.
Take a bath after sunset or before bed.
Benefits: Removes negativity, relieves stress, calms the aura.
3️⃣ Moonlight Meditation
Sit facing the moon.
Take slow breaths and focus on the moonlight.
Chant “Om Somaya Namaha” 108 times.
Benefits: Balances mind, enhances intuition, increases emotional stability.
