❤❤❤ Understanding Vata, Pitta & Kapha Imbalance:
💜 Read this post twice carefully
The body is governed by three doshas:
Vata (Air/Gas) – Causes ~80 diseases
Pitta (Acidity/Bile) – Causes ~40 diseases
Kapha (Cough/Phlegm) – Causes ~28 diseases
💚 Here we only describe main symptoms of each dosha. Most of these can be healed with simple home remedies.
💚 Proper dietary precautions will also be explained.
💙 Illness occurs only in those whose large intestine holds waste.
💙 E***a is a technique that cleanses the colon and cures any disease.
💚 All diseases in the world stem from imbalance in these three doshas.
💛 VATA (Air/Gas Disorders):
– Wherever air gets blocked in the body, pain is generated.
– Symptoms: Abdominal pain, lower back pain, headache, knee pain, chest pain.
– Burping, dizziness, anxiety, hiccups are signs of Vata imbalance.
💙 Causes:
– Gas-producing foods like pulses/dals
– Uric acid deposits reduce joint lubrication, causing grinding noises → doctors call it disc-slip, spondylitis, or cervical issues.
– Protein is only needed for cell repair, which is available in sprouted grains & dry fruits.
– Consumption of refined flour (maida), fiberless wheat, chickpea flour, dairy.
– Weak intestines from lack of exercise.

👉🏻 Wrong company distorts your mental direction
💜 Remedies:
– Ginger: dissolves gas, thins blood, expels phlegm. Take ½ tsp dry ginger (sonth) with lukewarm water at night.
– Garlic: expels gas instantly. If chest pain arises, eat 8–10 cloves. It helps in heart blockage.
– Garlic also helps in TB and respiratory infections.
– Winter: 2 cloves morning & evening
– Summer: 1 clove morning & evening
Eat raw garlic mixed with vegetables, chutneys, or juice – never plain.
– Fenugreek seeds (methi) work just like garlic and ginger.
💜 Natural Therapy:
– Use hot or cold compress:
If the body part is hot → apply cold compress
If cold → apply hot
If neutral → alternate 1 min hot & 1 min cold

💛 KAPHA (Cough/Phlegm Disorders):
– Primary symptom: Mucus through nose or mouth
– Other signs: Cold, cough, TB, pleurisy, pneumonia
– Difficulty breathing, asthma, panting after climbing stairs
💙 Causes:
– Excessive consumption of oily/fatty foods
– Milk and dairy products
– Cold water or refrigerated food
– Staying in dusty or smoky environments
– Lack of exposure to sunlight
💜 Remedies:
– Vitamin C is the enemy of phlegm, helps expel it via stool (e.g., Amla)
– Garlic melts phlegm and expels it through sweat
– Benefits: Regulates BP, improves circulation, promotes good sleep
– Ginger is also a top remedy for Kapha
💜 Natural Therapy:
– Gargle with warm saline water
– Soak feet in warm water, drink 2 glasses of plain water, place a cold cloth on the head (10 mins daily)
– Get sunlight for 30–60 minutes daily
💛 PITTA (Acidity/Bile Disorders – Mostly Digestive):
– All remaining diseases (e.g., BP, diabetes, obesity, arthritis) are mainly due to Pitta imbalance
– Signs: Burning sensation in stomach, urine, stools, or skin
– Sour burps, heaviness in body
💙 Causes:
– Spicy food, red chili, salt, sugar, pickles
– Tea, coffee, ci******es, to***co, alcohol
– Non-veg: meat, fish, eggs
– Eating only cooked food, no raw/fresh foods
– Anger, stress, anxiety
– Medicines, especially chemical-based
– Suppressing urges like sneezing, gas, stool, etc.
💜 Remedies:
– A single remedy works for both old and new diseases:
Drink curdled milk water (boil milk, add lemon, strain and drink the water).
Excellent for all digestive issues and fevers.
– Juices of fruits and vegetables: e.g., pomegranate, bottle gourd, cabbage
– Lemon water is highly beneficial
💜 Natural Therapy:
– Apply wet cloth on the abdomen to cool it
– Cool down the spinal cord using a wet cloth strip – prevents paralysis
– Practice yoga and exercise
– Ensure deep, restful sleep
