9th Month: Pregnant Ladies can do daily or alternate days
8th Month: Pregnant Ladies can do twice or 3 days in a week
Precautions : Before you begin a prenatal yoga program, make sure you have any health care provider’s OK and take permission from your gynaecologist to start Prenatal Yoga. You might not be able to do prenatal yoga if you are at certain medical conditions, which does not recommend you any physical workout in pregnancy.
