Well, it is understandable. Because sugary treats are bad for health, especially if you want to lose weight.

But what if I tell you- you can eat your favorite in moderation, just by eating it at the right time and in the right manner?

Let me tell you that having it for breakfast or on an empty stomach is NOT the right time.

Because the sugar and carbs will digest and turn into glucose molecules.

And these molecules arrive into your bloodstream very quickly, causing a bigger sugar spike or sugar crash soon afterwards.

As a result, you will end up craving for more food in an hour or two - leading to binge eating..
